Description

Kiln Dried 100% Oak Full Crate with free delivery in the Cardiff Area.
Delivery of our crated firewood is carried out by a 3rd party delivery company.
Free delivery will be carried out monday to friday 8am to 6pm.
If you require a timed delivery, this will be at an extra cost, please call our office to discuss your requirements.

Delivery Notice: This is a large item and delivery of crates is made by a third party pallet network on a heavy goods vehicle with a tail lift. It is important that you have proper access for a large sized vehicle and that you have a relatively flat surface for delivery (no gravel, cobbles, steep gradients, kerbs or large lips or edges). If you are unsure, please call the office and we will advise.

Great logs

Fantastic service and amazing logs, very dry, you can feel that when unloading them. The pallet they come in is a bit rickety, the delivery driver didn’t like them for moving around although he was brilliant and got them to the top of my drive on an electric pallet truck. The largest crate of oak will easily see us through the cold months and will order the same next year. All round very good.

Faultless. Logs packed tightly in crate. Arrived on schedule. Driver could not have been more helpful - brought the crate down my my drive and would have put it in my garage except that his pallet truck would have damaged my garage door threshold. Crate was a bit rickety, and driver took extra care when manoeuvring it. I plan to make a second log store from the crate (once emptied). Wood burns well - very dry, good heat, good size logs. Will use again.

Arrived as promised. Logs look very dry and agree we're tightly packed in the crate. Only grumble is they had to leave in the road as they were unable to get the lorry up the drive.

Great comms and easy to deal with.
Could do with sorting out an alternative for delivery though.
An 18T wagon isn't the ideal way of getting this delivered close enough in quite a few scenarios.
Would recommend and will reuse.

Great value

The Oak Firewood Full crate was great value for money. The logs were packed as tightly as is physically possible so lots of them, and the logs burn nicely. I even made a spare log store from the delivery crate!

Great but delivered to roadside

Had 3 nice fires with it so far. The only issue is delivered to roadside by driver complaining it was against health and safety and he did not have the right equipment to move 700kg pallet, to be fair it nearly fell out of the lorry. If you don't mind it delivered to outside your property, then I thoroughly recommend.
